When you call FIRSTCALL Medical Advice Infoline, you will receive immediate information to take care of your medical or health concerns. Q. Who can call? STAR, CHIP, and CHIP Perinatal Members of El Paso Health or their caregivers. Q. When can I call? You can call anytime. The FIRSTCALL Medical Advice Infoline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Q. Who will answer my call? Your call will be answered by a nurse or pharmacist. Q. How does it work?
